Step 1:
Marketing Audit

Here, we ask you some questions to figure out what your goals are and what your current marketing system is. That way, we can figure out exactly how we can improve your marketing system so it will help you reach your goals. That’s it!

Step 2:
Brand Perception Survey

In step 2, we start doing more research… We figure out what makes your company unique and how we can use that to improve your marketing. We get testimonials from clients to use as social proof (which is HUGE in marketing). We basically prepare everything for step 3, which is where the magic starts happening!

  • Gather primary research.
  • 10 to 15 targeted questions.
  • Capture satisfied client testimonials.

Step 3:
Plan & Budget

In step 3, we start to formulate a marketing and business plan based on your goals.

We use all of the research we did in steps 1 and 2 to help you figure out how you can best market yourself and your business and incorporate it into the marketing plan. After we have the marketing plan in place, we set a budget that will match your goals and activities. That way, your budget won’t go too far over that you won’t see much of a return on investment, or too far under that it won’t make much of a difference. Basically, we set the budget so that you’ll get the best return on your investment.

Step 4:
Implementation

In step 4, we prioritize steps in the plan to match with your short-term and long-term goals and then we implement it! Here, you’ll start to see results of all the planning we’ve done up until this step. Your goals will start to get closer and closer!

  • Prioritize and implement plan.
  • Handle day-to-day marketing tasks.

Step 5:
Evaluate

This is a step a lot of companies miss. Without it, how are you supposed to know how to improve? That’s why we look at the plan and progress and see how it’s working. If needed, we adjust the plan so that you’ll be able to hit all your goals. When the plan gets finished and the goals are completed, then we look at how it went. That way, you’ll be able to improve the next set of plans to reach your next set of goals even quicker!
