Accountability for Seller-Doers

May 6, 2021

It’s important for a successful seller-doer to be able to be collaborative. If you’re responsible for marketing or business development, you’re familiar with the sellers and doers in your organization and your own team. When working on a project you have to determine who you’re going to call on, who they’re going to call on, what are the expectations, what is the timeline, etc.

Once team member roles are established, how are you keeping one another accountable? Having clear lines of communication and expectations on both your team side and the clients’ side will help everyone stay accountable to meet all of the goals. Consistently meeting and discussing outstanding tasks and client requests will further ensure an outstanding final project.
