We’ve all seen the ‘that meeting could have been an email’ meme and giggled to ourselves, understanding this feeling all too well. But, meetings are important and we all have a lot of them.

Ensuring you have a clear agenda set and distributed, if appropriate, prior to the meeting will help everyone involved mentally prepare for the topics that need discussed. If you make sure to stick to said agenda, you’ll not only get the predetermined essential answers ironed out but you’ll often capture additional, valuable nuggets of information you can use for future proposals, networking events or even improving current projects.
